The position is a part of Data Acquisition and Project Management Unit.


The main areas of this unit include:


  • Technical support to the costumers (technical questions and technical issues solving) and Country Managers / Sales managers (offers reviewing and solving technical doubts)
  • Support to Project Managers (Autocad single-line drawings, device testing, programming devices)
  • Local commissioning

Primary Responsibilities:


Members of the team will assist with training, skills and knowledge acquisition, which will be further developed while working on different tasks.


Duties may include (depending on experience):


  • Manage and organize the requests from costumers and colleagues. Priories them and give the best solution
  • Remote commissioning of the projects, solving issues and generating reports
  • Generating single line diagrams of the cabinets, SCADA and other devices of the plants
  • Assistance with general group activities
  • Occasional travel of a short-term nature

Position Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, physics or mathematics field
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to write clear and accurate reports in English and interact with customers
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation, including a willingness to develop and enjoy taking challenges and responsibilities
  • Customer centricity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the renewable energy industry or renewable energy taught course modules, including knowledge of how photovoltaic plants work
  • Knowledge in creating single line diagrams (AutoCAD)
  • Knowledge in Linux and networking
  • Italian language (medium level)
