Local Unit & Position Description

Below are the key responsibilities for the role apart from the ones assigned by Operations Manager as and when necessary for the smooth functioning of operations in Thailand.


  1. Planning of audits in advance for at least 3 months and arrange for 3-year schedule.  (this includes the requests received from other countries and other areas as per the IORA / IWO.)
  2. Communication and confirmation of audits with clients and auditors.  Confirming the details in systems of scheduling.  Updating the details of time spend by auditors / specialist / technical expert etc. for each project in team system
  3. Invoicing after the audit is completed.  Updating all the details in systems.
  4. Ensuring the reporting is done by the auditor on time for the completed audits.
  5. Review, collect and follow up on the pending payments.
  6. Administrative work for the arrangement of any event, training, seminar etc and travel arrangements for overseas visitor / auditor etc.
  7. Processing of the expense claims for the subcontractor auditors.
  8. Preparation of the WIP and accruals at the end of month for projects, pending for invoices as per the cut off dates.
  9. Ensuring all the data in the system (concert, scheduling, team, etc) are updated and correct.
  10. Managing all the necessary coordination for the qualification of the people with Technical team, as and when required.
  11. Preparing and getting signed agreements of the contracts with all subcontractors on annual basis.
  12. Any other necessary administrative work related to the Business Assurance related activities / projects.
  13. Any other work assigned as and when is required as per the line manager.

Position Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in relevant field. 
  • Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience. 
  • Should have at least good hands-on understanding and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).  
  • Work experience in the similar industry of management system certification for operations / technical area is preferred.  
  • Candidate should have good written and spoken English as well as good communication skills.
