    Brief Team and Position Summary:

    DNV GL's Business Assurance group is seeking a  Training Systems Support. This position is intended to provide support the internal and external of our clients. This position could be located in the Katy, TX office.

     

    Tasks May Include: 

    The areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Coordinate, schedule and assist with public training courses
    • Process all incoming referral requests
    • Maintain training course materials and schedules with the printer and trainers
    • Administer support for live online training courses
    • Process public training registrations, transfers and cancellations
    • Complete private training quoting processes
    • Generate and distribute training certificates
    • Review private training invoicing
    • Request training materials
    • Revise public training course schedule
    • Process public training post-course documentation
    • Provide public training schedule maintenance
    • Follow-up on client requests
    • Process and assure IORA fulfillment
    • Process IRCA-certified course documentation
    • Issue ISRS licenses and process payments.

    Position Qualifications

    Requirements: 

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
    • 1-3 years in customer service related role (Phone / F2F)
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and SharePoint
    • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word. 
    • Knowledge and experience working with computers of the web.  computer knowledge
    • Strong clerical/office experience.  Should be familiar using office equipment (fax, scanner, copiers, etc.)
    • We conduct pre-employment drug and background screening

    Preferred qualifications

    • Experience in Hospitality industry meetings and functions 
    • Familiarity working with venue contracts and negotiations. 
    • Experince with registratoin and scheduling of training and meeting registration for large groups?
