  • Local Unit & Position Description

    • Responsible for a portfolio of customers within the Region/Country
    • Follow up the Accounts Receivables in line with DNV GL collection model, supported by the OnGuard collection tool
    • Contact customers to obtain payments on time and negotiating payment plans when required
    • Analyze and research customer's receivables account delinquency and determine the type of communication method to facilitate payment.
    • Resolve disputes related to customer payment on delinquent accounts and negotiates and ensures payment from customer
    • Recognize trends for non- payment and resolves issues by engaging internal partners
    • Analyze at-risk customers and recommends account strategies to prevent delinquencie
    • Identify issues to be escalated
    • Assist the Project Managers and Key Aaccount Managers to gather full view of customer portfolio, provide information about customer history and activities through organisation.
    • Collaborate with DNV GL colleagues globally

    Position Qualifications

    • Revevant education within finance/administration
    • Experience in a collection/sales environment
    • Service minded attitute with the ability to work both individually and as a part of a team in an enviroment with short deadlines
    • Ability to develop strong relationships with different user groups
    • Strong analytical, multi-tasking, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
    • Excellent English and “local language” skills
    • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Basic understanding of Company’s order to cash process
    • Basic understanding of company’s dispute management process.
