  • Local Unit & Position Description

    The purpose of the role is to lead and manage the Customer Support and Planning department with the main purpose of ensuring that both our new and existing customers experience a smooth professional process from initial planning to final service delivery. The Customer Service department consists of around 12 people.

     

    Key tasks:

    • Manage the customer support and planning team and ensure all aspects of the team are effectively managed
    • Provide overall management of resources, processes, development and delivery for all aspects of the service
    • Provide forward thinking, key development and improvement in support an planning processes

    Position Qualifications

    • A proven track record of leading and developing an effective and efficient team of administrative people
    • Experience in navigating the triangle between sales, production and customers
    • Excellent verbal & written communications in English

    Some travel required in UK and Europe for internal and external meetings with colleagues and clients
