  • Local Unit & Position Description

    We are seeking Group Leader HR Direct for our Global Centre HR. The Group Leader HR Direct will be responsible for delivery of day-to-day quality services according to legal and company requirements.

     

     

    Key Tasks

    • Leading the team of 3-4 Specialist including staff development, setting goals, performance reviews, and supervisory responsibilities.
    • Ensuring on time knowledge transfer into the HR Direct team
    • Train team members within the HR Direct Team – primarily on the job training
    • Evaluation, design and improvement of processes within HR Direct
    • Acting as a key contact for HR Office and Regional Management
    • Set up performance management and KPIs on deliverables
    • Project team member to evaluate, design and improve processes within HR Direct
    • Approximately 50% of time shall be dedicated to leading others and 50% dedicated to work as the Senior Specialist within the team.

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within HR, Business Administration or related
    • Minimum 5 years of experience within HR Area
    • Experience in SSC/BPO preferably in Customer Support
    • Experience within business process improvement
    • Good at HR IT systems - excellent in the use of Microsoft Office
    • Excellent English skills required – both written and verbal; Additional European language skills will be advantageous
