  • Local Unit & Position Description

    DNV GL Business Assurance in Poland is currently looking for a Sales Manager to assure the growth of the business in Polish market. The main objectives of the role are: 

    • To plan, lead and secure the efficiency and effectiveness of sales process according to DNVBA goals, policies and routines
    • Work with the local Management Team to meet business requirements and goals

    Your work tasks will be:

    • Submit new ideas and innovations for DNV GL activities
    • Monitor the market and identify its needs
    • Propose for sales policies, sales goals and sales plans
    • Secure that the performance of the sales process is maintained - process monitoring (e.eg. against sales goals), including compliance with all internal (GMS, LOP's) and external requirements (Accreditation)
    • Manage process of finding new and keeping relations with Clients (Consultants)
    • Manage process of finding new and keeping relations with Customers
    • Manage (participate and monitor) MIP process for himself, direct and indirect subordinates.
    • Respective monthly/ quarterly reporting
    • Prepare/review/sign offers/contracts
    • Make contract review
    • Initiate and monitor any improvement actions

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
    • Previous experience in sales or marketing is not required but would be a strong asset
    • Relevant sales experience within services delivered by DNV GL, with a proven track record would be an asset
    • In-depth knowledge and experience within MSC, Training and other services would be a plus
    • Enthusiastic, self-driven and service minded
    • Commercially oriented with bottom-line focus
    • Good negotiation skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in Polish and English
    • Active driving licence and own car are essential

    • DNV GL office in Katowice
    • Some travel might be required mainly within Poland and Europe.
