  • Local Unit & Position Description

    • Leading, developing and driving the Operations, Technical and Sales activities in Philippines to include the overall management of planning and scheduling of audits, invoicing, accounts receivable, training, sub-contractors, and ensuring other operational requirements are implemented and achieved;
    • Support the market growth by assisting the sales / marketing teams in approaching existing or new customers and building the DNV GL brand and services by providing the technical expertise and consultancy;
    • Conducting third party audits based on the various schemes such as ISO9001, ISO14001, etc.;
    • Reviewing audit reports, technical files and managing the related transactions with auditors prior to submission to internal technical reviewers;
    • Delivering and conducting the training programmes to customers;
    • Project Management of new contracts or existing contracts by working with global teams and implementing global contracts in Philippines;
    • Ensuring that the audit data in the system is correct and updated in Concert, e-LOF, and other systems;
    • Ad hoc reports and other related activities  

    Position Qualifications

     

    Operations:

    • 10 years and above experience, with minimum 5 years of managerial experience in management system industry, leading operations teams
    • Able to represent the company by participating in regional conferences, seminars and other similar events

    Audit

    • Performed second party audit and third party audit such as ISO 9001, 14001, etc.
    • Previous audit experience

    Training:

    • Experience in delivering training

    Education:

    • Bachelor Degree in relevant field

    Qualifications:

    • Preferable : ISO 9001, ISO 14001

    Preferred: Understanding of 17021 requirements

     

    Skills:

    • Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
    • Strong command in software, quick learner and able to operate systems in a short period of time
    • Audit reporting
