The company offers a market-leading integrated solution set for the management and maintenance of renewable energy installations that includes Hardware, Software and Services unmatched in the industry. 

     

    The position is a part of Data Acquisition and Project Management Unit.

     

    The main areas of this unit include:

     

    • Technical support to the costumers (technical questions and technical issues solving) and Country Managers / Sales managers (offers reviewing and solving technical doubts)
    • Support to Project Managers (Autocad single-line drawings, device testing, programming devices…)
    • Local commissioning

    Primary Responsibilities:

     

    Members of the team will assist with training, skills and knowledge acquisition, which will be further developed while working on different tasks.

     

    Duties may include:

     

    • Manage and organize the requests from costumers and colleagues. Priorize them and give the best solution.
    • Remote commissioning of the projects, solving issues and generating reports.
    • Generating single line diagrams of the cabinets, SCADA and other devices of the plants.
    • Assistance with general group activities
    • Occasional travel of a short term nature

     

    Position Qualifications

     

    • Degree in engineering, physics or mathematics field
    • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
    • Good communication skills, including the ability to write clear and accurate reports in English and interact with customers
    • Enthusiasm and self-motivation, including a willingness to develop and enjoy taking challenges and responsibilities
    • Experience with protocols such as: IEC-101, IEC-104, Modbus TCP, DNP3, IEC 61850
    • Spanish written and spoken
    • Experience with GPM Scada
    • At least 3 years of experience in Solar PV Plants commissioning and technical SCADA.
    • Customer centricity

    Preferred Qualifications:

     

    • Knowledge in creating single line diagrams (Autocad)
    • Knowledge in Linux and networking
    • Good English level

    Budgeted salary $50-$75k per annum dependant on experience
