    Title: Invoicing Administrator, Temp Role for 6 month

    Local Unit:Dubai, U.A.E.

     

     

    Area Middle East and Africa is looking for an Invoicing Administrator – Temp Role reporting to Invoicing and Credit Collection  Manager. The role will be responsible for overall invoicing and AR monitoring for Middle East and North Africa and has close cooperation with the invoicing lead for Sub-Saharan Africa.  

    Account receivable has always been the key priority for our operation in Middle East and Africa, given the business culture diversity and difficult market condition, we are looking for the candidate who is able to assess different scenarios, develop solution to obtain payment, challenge the customers while maintain the good business relationship.

     

    we are looking for the following competencies:

    • Fast learner
    • Self-dependent supervision of invoice processing
    • Control of invoices (accounting control) and billing in an international environment
    • Handle and control time recording / travel expenses
    • (Supporting) to prepare reports.
    • Prepare weekly and month-end closings
    • Development and improvement of Invoicing Process incl. prioritization of tasks to meet demanding deadlines
    • General administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as and when required.

     

    Position Qualifications

    Educational qualification:

    • Successfully completed administrative/accounting education
    • Good English language skills
    • Good knowledge in MS Office required
    • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and persistency
    • Teamwork and flexibility
    • Experience in accounting /billing will be advantage.
    • Prior experience in controlling of large-scale projects for key customers would be an added advantage
    • Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel; Oracle application knowledge would be an added advantage
    • Self-driven, organizational skills and ability to work in a team and as a team.
