    DNV GL Business Assurance is seeking an experienced and respected individual in the field of social, responsible and/or sustainable supply chain auditing for DNV GL’s North American region. The ideal candidate should be able to represent DNV GL Business Assurance North America in the market and across our core focus industries. The candidate will develop key relations and ensure customer-centric delivery with the support of our global network and resources.

     

    This position is located in our Katy, Texas office. 

     

     

    Tasks may include:

     

    Relationship Management with a growth focus

    • Profile DNV GL Business Assurance supply chain services with key customer segments
    • Manage relationships with key customers and implement an approach of total customer focus
    • Participate in key industry forums and initiatives to support external positioning in the area of Social and Supply Chain audits
    • Taking an active role in supporting internal functions to develop existing and future business
    • Supporting company strategy on supply chain assurance
    • Internal reporting to top management of customer quality and performance reports

    Project Management to make DNV GL deliver according to expectations

    • Ensuring the delivery of key customer projects from sales to total satisfaction to agreed-upon standards
    • Predicting and planning for current and future customer needs
    • Maintaining customer schedules and activities with responsive customer centricity.
    • Provision of customer project performance reports and periodic responsive actions
    • Prompt reaction to ad hoc customer and scheduled corrective actions.

     

     

    Demonstrated track record in the following areas:

    • Strong networker and relationship manager
    • Ability to interact and cooperate across global organizations
    • Flexible and service-minded
    • Result oriented and with high focus on delivery
    • Pride in delivery to customer expectations
    • Understanding of social auditing schemes and processes
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, both local and international
    • Experience in conducting social audits based recognized schemes or companies’ social compliance programs
    • Environmental. Health and Safety Management to international and customer-specific standards

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Key Customer account financial performance
    • Key Customer project performance
    • Key Customer satisfaction

    Position Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Track-record of social / sustainability auditing industry of +10 years
    • Demonstrated market recognition
    • Ability to provide project and financial KPI reporting
    • Relevant academic qualifications to post-graduate level
    • Proven international business experience
    • Excellent communication skills
