    An exciting new position is available for a dynamic, and energetic sales professional. This is a role where your sales experience, phone skills and marketing along with strategic input will be valued and your opinion sought on process improvements, product growth activity, and stakeholder management.

    Reporting to the Sales Manager this role requires individuals that set the benchmark for success. This exciting opportunity requires a sales person with drive, enthusiasm and initiative. Your day to day duties will primarily involve performing admin tasks, preparing quotes & tenders, phone negotiation and follow ups, communicating with prospective customers setting appointments and visiting prospective customers for face to face presentations. 

    This is a hunter type role you will need to demonstrate passion for new business development and client relationship building. We value integrity, trust, and teamwork.     This is an entry level position, however some sales experience would be desirable.   

    0.8 FTE part-time position either based in our Melbourne (Docklands) or Sydney (North Sydney) offices. 

     

     

    Position Qualifications

     

    The ideal candidate will possess but not essential the following:

    • Minimum 1 year industry work experience (part-time or full-time)
    • Previous sales experience gained in B2B or B2C environment
    • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills are required
    • MS Excel and MS Word advanced skills required. Knowledge and ability to work with formulas, filtering, conditional formatting etc is an advantage. 
    • Willingness to learn about new sales & marketing trends and digital platforms
    • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Ability to negotiate and influence key decision makers
    • Display a high level of motivation
    • ISO Auditor qualification and experience is an advantage 
    • Adobe Suite skills is an advantage
    • Exposure to copywriting, marketing automation, Google Analytics and SEO is an advantage
