  • Local Unit & Position Description

    The ICT Auditor is responsible for achieving growth in sales through new business development, leading the delivery of projects, and ensuring service excellence to clients. This position helps clients to improve the quality and safety of their business performance through the application of internationally recognized standards.

     

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform 3rd party onsite ISO audits / training in line with DNV GL Philosophy for Singapore, Malaysia and other countries in South East Asia;
    • Schedule and plan audit activity with customers;
    • Interact directly with customers at all levels of management in developing timely, complete and accurate reports of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system;
    • Document and report audit activities and results and resolve the TR issues if any so that the lead time to customer is optimised;
    • Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure;
    • Maintains appropriate audit credentials and pursues advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed;
    • Generate leads & opportunities across services, pass on to sales and support Sales Team for QCT if required;
    • Support Operations Planning & Scheduling by timely communication on dates for delivery of various services;
    • Support efficiency projects such as Travel, Audits / Trainings and Non-refundable activities;
    • Prioritise Key Customers and be the Customer Manager for assigned projects and represent DNV GL professionally for delivery;
    • Ensure Customer rapport and resolve any customer complaints;

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
    • Must have done accredited Lead auditor course of ISO 9001. Additional LA courses in ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301 will be an added advantage;
    • Knowledge of ICT related standard like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301;
    • Knowledge of legal requirements related to ICT sector;
    • Enough work experience in quality, security, service management, business continuity in ICT sector, willing to conduct trainings in these areas;
    • Additional knowledge of sector specific standards like SDLC, CMMI, PCI/DSS, GDPR etc. will be an added advantage;
    • Additional industry standard certificates like CISA/CISSP/CISM etc. will be an added advantage;
    • Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in the ICT industry;
    • Must have the ability to work independently and in teams;
    • Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with excellent customer service skills;
    • Ability to speak very well in English and local language, both written and verbal;
    • Ability to work in an international team, delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and in budget;
    • Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines;
    • Willingness to travel and work around SEA and other locations.
