  • Local Unit & Position Description

    The Procurement Expert (Senior Analyst) should ensure a well-balanced working environment for the employees in the countries within his/her responsibility.

    The candidate is an individual contributor supporting procurement & sourcing activities in countries/cities where implemented and provides expert advice/support to local business area administrative support contacts in countries where self-managed.

    Based in Singapore, the region presently has 17 offices in 9 countries; Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, New Zealand and Brunei.

    This role is part of the regional team and will report directly to the Regional Procurement Manager/Category Lead based in Singapore.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Assist procurement activities in South East Asia and ANZ markets
    • Assist in identify, develop, execute and monitor strategic sourcing
    • Run RFI & RFQ for indirect spend
    • Assist in improvement Procurement governance, documentation, and P2P processes
    • Tracking in contract renewal, spent, supplier performance, and audits
    • Assist in annual supplier audit activities and vendor performance management
    • Analyse spend and saving data to support Category Lead and Regional Manager implementation
    • Assist in market benchmarking exercise and REMProc research
    • Active support and collaboration with local and regional stakeholders
    • Provide new ideas and innovative solution to the team

    Position Qualifications

    • Possesses relevant degree in business studies(BSc), Supply Chain Management or related discipline
    • Minimum of 1-2 quality years of experience in indirect procurement/facilities management/corporate spend
    • Fresh graduate may be considered and encourage to apply
    • Highly energetic and optimistic
    • Strong in interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable with implementing change management on procurement processes
    • Good in analytical skills, process improvement and innovative
    • Good in communication skills, both written and verbal
