    In line with the service scope of GSS HR, we are seeking a Total Rewards Specialist/ Project Manager HR for the GSS Global Centre HR, who will hold entrepreneurial responsibility of the global Profit Share scheme of DNV GL and be Project Manager for benefit- and HR-related internal projects. In this role you will have a global reach and a possibility to work in a true international environment.

     

    DNV GL has a global Profit Share scheme in place for all eligible employees, which is based on DNV GL operating results. Within the annual Profit Share cycle, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process, encompassing data gathering, Profit Share calculation, guidance of regional Compensation & Benefit Experts, time management and follow-up actions. You will also be responsible for the Profit Share intranet pages and work together with the regional Compensation & Benefit Experts, Group HR and the Business Areas on communication.

     

    You will be working closely with the Global Process Owner Compensation & Benefit, regional Compensation & Benefit Experts and Group HR, who is responsible for the governance of the DNV GL Profit Share schemes.

     

    Next to the annual Profit Share process, you will be Project Manager for benefit management and internal HR projects, with key focus areas in the fields of optimization of payroll and benefit management processes in various countries in scope of GSS Global Centre HR. In this role, you will be closely working with all GSS streams, mainly, but not limited to, Finance, Payroll, Advisory and HR Office.

     

    Key tasks:

    • Entrepreneurial responsibility of the global Profit Share process
    • Calculation of Profit Share earnings in line with Group governance
    • Maintenance of the Profit Share process throughout the year, including payments to eligible employees in line with DMSG
    • Coordination of Profit Share enquiries from different stakeholders
    • Maintain and develop a global process expert network
    • Maintenance of the intranet pages for Profit Share
    • Support the Global Process Owner C&B with driving the continuous process optimization of the DNV GL Profit Share schemes
    • Evaluate best practices to convert current practices into a standardized “To Be” design
    • Work closely with Group HR to ensure that the future process design follows Group policies
    • Lead internal HR projects in the field of HR/benefit management

    Position Qualifications

    • A relevant university degree, preferably within Finance or Business Administration
    • A minimum of 2 years Payroll/Finance/Human Resources experience in a large, preferably international organization is required
    • Profound knowledge with reports in HR systems
    • Experience in process improvement procedures is an advantage
    • Advanced MS Excel skills
    • Excellent English skills required – both written and verbal
    • Experience in documenting and monitoring internal procedures
    • Experience in process management/mapping
    • Knowledge of GSS HR Global Centre setup and scope is an advantage
    • Excellent communication/stakeholder management skills required
    • Hands-on mentality and focus on details
