Business Assurance Sweden is looking for service-minded, proactive and dynamic support staff to establish a Customer Care Center in our Operations Unit in Solna. In the Customer Care Center we will gather all administration work and support activities to secure correct project set ups and the high data quality needed for ensuring an efficient and customer oriented process form sales to delivery of audits. We are looking for colleagues who will contribute to a team selling services to demanding customers, using an agile and flexible approach.
Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
• Create and revise quotes and complete quote documentation, check details with sales team
• Create projects and follow them up, both from an operational as well as a financial perspective
• Perform general sales support activities in our sales/CRM tool Concert (for example updating prices, creating accounts, reviewing projects, ensuring up-to-date customer data etc.)
• Assist in tender processes
• Ensure that the sales process is supported by effective and up-to-date templates
• Monitor vital customer data in ConCert, create and run appropriate reports, discuss reports with sales personnel and update data accordingly
• Assist sales and operational personnel in managing our Customers
• Handle general customer enquires
We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience within sales support and administration work. Familiarity with CRM systems and good project management skills is a prerequisite. You have a supportive, proactive, fast and responsive approach and have great communication skills in Swedish and English. You have experience with Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate is able to take on responsibility, multi-task and have good analytic skills to be able to prioritize effectively. You are flexible, eager to learn and you work equally well both in a team and independently.
