    DNV GL Business Assurance is looking for a Key Customer Manager who will take care of the East Spain region. The position will be based in Barcelona.

     

    Join a sales team technically skilled, results-oriented and aligned with DNV GL global policies and visions. Risk-based thinking drives our business since decades and this background has allowed us to be the first certification body to be accredited by ENAC in ISO 9001 2015, ISO14001 2015 and ISO45001 2018. We never lost an accreditation due to respect to the rules, we care about our customers and each other and never compromise our integrity.

     

    What will be your main tasks?

    • To achieve sound and challenging sales results in the certification market developing our services portfolio, especially with big customers;
    • To have a solid network of consultants, associations or other channels for certification and training services within accreditation rules especially but not limited to Catalonia Area;
    • To enjoy teamwork and care for your customers;
    • To work in a structured and planned way, forecasting sales results to get quick wins and develop medium and long-term sales opportunities and relations;
    • To proactively identify new sales opportunities within our strategic and ethical frame;
    • To plan and perform the sales visits, quote preparation and generate leads in a structured way.

    Position Qualifications

    • Great knowledge of certification market and regulations is a must;
    • Fluent in English and Spanish. The Catalan language would be an asset;
    • University degree, master or equivalent;
    • Technically skilled in certification services, rules and processes;
    • Able to give public presentations;
    • Confident with establishing a relationship with management and other senior stakeholders;
    • Active portfolio - already established contacts with key customers.
