•Perform scheduling/planning process in accordance with procedures, rules and regulations
•Communicate continually with client and auditor to confirm schedule
•Understand and have in consideration logistics/geographic implications when planning
•Coordinating Auditors Calendars to achieve their objectives
•Coordinating bid contract planning with other DNV GL offices
•Working with internal DNV GL scheduling systems
•Working together with Planning Team
•Demonstrated administrative backround
•Fluent knowledge of German and communicative English skills
•Previous experience with planning and scheduling for big, medium and small clients
•Previous experience dealing with demanding clients
•Ability to work both independently and excellent teamwork skills
