  • Local Unit & Position Description

    • Responsibility for sales and business development initiatives
    • Engage with current and potential customers to discuss and understand their needs and requirements
    • Develop and drive new service and product offerings based on sound market understanding and analysis
    • Support, coordinate and drive internal and external marketing events
    • Drive and monitor the order intake pipeline
    • Support Customer Account Management
    • Support and lead specific customer offers 

    Position Qualifications

    • Broad and deep knowledge and experience in the entire energy ecosystem (generation, transmission, storage)
    • Thorough understanding of German and European regulatory frameworks in the energy sector
    • Customer centricity paired with deep market understanding
    • Self-motivated, proactive and open minded personality
    • Strong business attitude, getting things done
    • Excellent communications skills on all levels, proven C-level standing
    • Outstanding team-player and capability to work with distributed international teams
    • Profound analytical and conceptional skills
    • High degree of flexibility and capabilities to handle various tasks in parallel including prioritization
    • Excellent command of German and English; further languages are desired
    • Good skills in MS Office
