Your tasks and responsibilities: leading people and business
As a Principal Consultant you will be responsible for business development, sales and delivery serving our customers in the Northwest European power sector with special focus to the Benelux. As such, you will identify market opportunities, develop our existing services and establish new services.
Additionally, you will spend a quarter of your time on leading the people in the team: supporting the Head of Department with the management and co-ordination of the team. This is to ensure that all members of the team are optimally utilized, produce high quality technical work and are engaged. To do this, you will provide technical support, be the local point of contact, coach and mentor the consultants in the team.
