    Brief Team and Position Summary

     

    DNV GL – Global Shared Services IT North America is seeking to fill the role CRM Application Support. The CRM Application Support role will be working in GSS IT, reporting to Head of Applications Support (UK, US, MEA and Singapore). Part of a Global CRM Support team is based in Shanghai, Norway and US.  This position is based out of our Katy, TX office (Houston, TX area).  **This is not a remote position.** 

     

    Tasks May Include:

    • Coordinate support activities with all support hubs world-wide
    • Provide 2nd and 3rd line application and process support to the users
    • Keep Support documentation up to date
    • Participate in problem and change management of the applications
    • Contribute to enhancing the applications to improve our business unit’s competitive edge
    • Contribute to enhancing the users’ application knowledge through dedicated application support web sites
    • Support and monitor the business units' usage of the applications
    • Participate in user acceptance testing
    • Work closely with our main partners for software development; Deloitte, Infosys, and Digital Solution
    • Depending on competence; participate in or manage projects related to the development, maintenance or testing of systems within own unit or other GSS IT units

    Position Qualifications

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Fluency in English – spoken and written; the working language is English
    • Minimum 3 years of experience with Application support (CRM experience is preferred)
    • Must have experience with system integrations
    • Must have knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications
    • Must be familiar with IT and IT processes
    • Good understanding of ITIL processes is preferred
    • Have good communication skills
    • Enjoy working in an international environment
    • Have a systematic and analytical approach to tasks at hand
    • Be service-oriented and have a proactive attitude
    • Have an ability to work individually, and at the same time maintain a high team spirit
    • Enjoy new challenges and personal drive to achieve our objectives
