    DNV GL – Digital Solution’s Pipeline Ecosystem group is seeking an entry level Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Excellence team. The Customer Excellence department is responsible for supporting and training clients of our Synergi Gas software all around the world. This position is based out of our Mechanicsburg, PA office.
    Tasks May Include
    • Responsible for providing timely and thorough responses to technical inquiries arriving via phone or email.
    • Educate users on how to optimize their experience with the software by conducting multi-day classroom training at the Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania office as well as at client sites
    • Provide manual product testing and ensure the client viewpoint is represented as the product continues to be enhanced
    • Update and add FAQ documents for internal and client use
    • Develop and record product videos to assist clients with self-help support
    • Develop and maintain client relationships


    Position Qualifications

    Position Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
    • Excellent ability to prioritize work while juggling multiple tasks & client request
    • Experience with presenting to adult learners
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
    • Competent skills with Salesforce CRM
    • Experience with Camtasia or other video production software
    • Experience in the natural gas industry (distribution, transmission, or gathering)
    • Regular office attendance in professional environment
    • Willingness and ability to travel inside and outside of the United States, up to 25% of the time
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
