    We want to become the world's best renewable monitoring suite and are looking for someone who can help us take our documentation and content to the next level. Our ideal new Technical Content Writer is passionate about content and about writing, someone who knows the importance that content and documentation have for users, who is up to date with the most modern content authoring tools and content strategies.

    You will be part of a team that oversees the planning, designing, creation and publishing of client-facing technical documentation such as Online Helps, User Guides, Release Notes, FAQs, but also internal documentation such as Style Guides, Glossaries, Guidelines and Best Practices. Additionally, you will be also contributing to define and implement standard practices and procedures to help the team produce technically accurate, engaging, and easy to digest content.

    Key tasks:

    • Define and manage a centralized knowledge base system
    • Standardize and manage a documentation workflow and style guide
    • Research, write and maintain Technical Documentation
    • Research, write and review UX Copy
    • Work on multiple projects with varying timelines, complexities and scope
    • Collect feedback and monitor content to ensure that it always responds to user needs

    Position Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications
    We believe that our ideal candidate has the skills listed below:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Experience writing technical documentation and other content for multiple audiences
    • Experience writing and maintaining process specifications and style guides
    • Experience writing and maintaining a Knowledge DB
    • Experience with content management systems
    • Experience using content authoring tools
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Comfortable with image editing tools
    • Interest in renewable energies is welcome
    • Positive and resilient personality

    Extra Qualifications
    We will positively value one or more of the skills listed below:

    • Experience with Agile methodologies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
    • General knowledge of user research
    • General knowledge of content audits
    • Ability to get stakeholders onboard with new technologies
    • General knowledge of information architecture and content design
    • General Knowledge of one of these: HTML, CSS, Markdown, DITA, Git, static site generators
    • General knowledge of User Experience (UX) and Copywriting
    • General knowledge of web design and web development
