The Regional HR Manager supports the Region in developing and maintaining DNV GL's culture and business goals through professional and consistent HR deliveries throughout the unit. The Regional HRM shall advise, challenge and support the Regional Management Team and the unit management team in HR related matters and is responsible for creating and driving the People strategy.
The Regional HRM shall plan, coordinate, support, follow-up and improve the HR activities within the Region in accordance with the framework in the DNV GL strategy, budget, the DNV GL Management system (DMSG) and other instructions given by the HR Director and CHRO. The Regional HRM shall actively promote, support and facilitate the fulfillment of DNV GL's Purpose, Vision and Values, and shall foster a culture of cooperation across the Business Area. The Regional HRM shall at, all times have DNV GL's best interest in focus.
The Regional HRM will be key in supporting the HRD with HR reporting, analytics, HSE etc. The Regional HRM will ensure annual HR processes are aligned and consistently delivered. The Regional Manager will be based in our London office.
