GreenPowerMonitor is looking for a talented and proactive person to work in our administrative department in Barcelona. Our organization is growing and changing very fast, we need a very dynamic and committed person who can adapt to the change on a very productive and efficient way, also willing to be part of a team managing growth and challenges.
The Admin & Receptionist Support job consists of two components:
Reception of packaging and post mail;
Reception of visitors;
Reception of phone calls;
Coordination of meeting rooms.
Your verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish are on an advanced level;
You have at least 2 years of administrative experience. If you have ever worked as a receptionist, it will be considered as a plus;
You have experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
You are a proactive and team-oriented person;
You are capable of working under pressure and able to meet deadlines and commitments;
You find it easy to adapt to variable conditions and engaged to suggest new solutions;
You have an understanding of the multinational business environment.
