  • Local Unit & Position Description

    DNV GL – Oil and Gas Developmental and Regulatory group is looking for a Support Engineer to join their team. This position will be based out of our Mexico City office.
     
    Tasks May Include
    • Manage and execute projects
    • Verify documentation of well design and well components for offshore activities
    • Deliver on time in accordance to customer's expectations
    • Following and maintenance of administrative process and systems

    Position Qualifications

    Position Qualifications
    • Bachelor's in Engineering required. BS in Petroleum Engineering and Master's in science are preferred
    • Over 5 years of related experience
    • Experience working in offshore assets is a plus
    • Knowledge in TDAS & WELLCAT sofware is desired
    • Knowledge of Mexican Oil and Gas regulation
    • Knowledge in management system such as SASISOPA is highly preferred
    • Backgorund in technical sales is preferred
    • Ability to achieve tasks accurately 
    • Experience working with well design and well components enginering for offshore activities
    • Experience managing small/medium size projects with minimal supervision
    • Ability to travel 20% of the time
    • Strong English communication skills (bussiness and technical)
