    The Global Centre HR will deliver high quality HR services to European countries; service scope is services that are location independent and/or can be digitalized. Services are rendered in close collaboration with the GSS HR Regional Centres within Europe and Centres of Competence, together developing the Global Shared Service HR function for DNV GL.

     

    We are seeking Training Coordinator for our Global Centre HR. The Training Coordination team is responsible for administration of classroom courses and virtual courses for DNV GL Globally. You will work closely with DNV GL Competence and Learning units.

     

    The Training Coordinator will report to the GL HR Office. This is a position based in Gdynia, Poland.

    To succeed in this role you must enjoy working in a busy, customer focused environment.

      

    Key Tasks:

    • Operate course- and finance business administration IT-systems
    • Prepare and administrate the course portfolio for courses globally
    • Invoicing and monthly closing of all training related costs
    • Administer web courses
    • Extensive cooperation with trainers, course participants and other local vendors world-wide

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree within Administration or other relevant field of study
    • Whilst course administration experience or event / meeting administration experience is desirable, this position could also suit a recent graduate who has a real desire to start a career in a HR environment
    • Good financial understanding/experience
    • Good at IT systems - proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Excellent English skills required, both written and verbal
