    DNV GL – Energy’s GreenPowerMonitor group is seeking a Contract Administrator/Sales Coordinator to join our team. At GreenPowerMonitor we offer products and services in the renewable energy sector, with a specific focus in the photovoltaic, wind and energy storage space as we are a global technology solutions provider for the renewable energy industry. The Contract Administrator/Sales Coordinator is responsible for being the link between Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations by working with the different team members to establish procedures, implement tools, set goals and directly own the process flow of the PO to Operations stage within the growing organization. This position is based out of our San Jose, CA office. 


    Tasks May Include

    • Process new purchase orders and transition projects from Sales to the Operations Team
    • Engage various shared services team members to ensure compliance with customer requirements including but not limited to legal, commercial and insurance.
    • Maintain sales and accounting records consistency
    • Manage, track and process project change orders at various stages of a projects life
    • Support finance and accounting activities as needed
    • Support sales and business development activities as needed
    • Daily Salesforce engagement
    • Daily Oracle engagement
    • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly management reporting
    • Direct client interaction and follow-up to ensure projects move between operational stages
    • Daily interaction between Clients, Sales, Finance and Operations teams
    • Ability to fill in for all dependent positions

    Position Qualifications



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent required
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration or sales coordination (coursework or internship will be considered)
    • Proficient working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
    • Must be very proactive, self-driven and organized
    • Experience working with CRMs required. Knowledge in Salesforce and Oracle is a bonus
    • Strong knowledge of accounting/finance software is essential for the role
    • Self-starter who demonstrates the ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment, collaborating with groups of subject matter experts in different geographies and time-zones
    • Passionate individual eager to share and build knowledge with a multicultural group of young and talented colleagues
    • Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to clearly maintain organization in fast paced and stressful environments
    • Experience in conducting and preparing presentations/trainings to be delivered to internal and external C-Level demanding audiences
    • Knowledge in solar, wind and energy storage renewable energy is a bonus
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
