    We have an opportunity as Marketing and Communications Manager to be campaign-responsible for DNV GL’s Veracity industry platform. You will be part of a cutting-edge technological environment, work closely with sales, and have a key role in a global marketing and communications team with 30 very experienced marketers in the business area Digital Solutions.

    Veracity facilitates secure connectivity between industry players, driving business innovation and digital transformation. The platform is designed to help companies unlock, qualify, combine and prepare data for analytics and benchmarking. Veracity provides access to industrial applications and data analytics services that can help better use of data. Main users are primarily owners of large assets (ships, oil rigs, pipelines, etc.) data-, analytics- and software providers and DNV GL’s own business areas serving the Maritime, Oil and Gas and Energy industries.

    Join us and you will:

    • Provide the strategic plan for raising visibility and awareness of Veracity.com while partnering with various key partners, practice groups both internal and external
    • Develop campaign strategies and conduct targeted multi-channel campaigns focusing on lead generation and conversion
    • Develop creative ideas and content for digital marketing purposes and market them effectively through our digital channels
    • Closely cooperate with sales and product development teams to determine customer needs and translate them into effective marketing campaigns. Run the lead management process
    • Design and manage strategies for SEO and SEM for specific marketing initiatives
    • Analyze website traffic, user patterns and trends and take actions and make recommendations for improvements to drive relevant traffic to Veracity.com
    • Develop digital customer journey nurturing programs, both pre- and after purchase
    • Project manager for new content/functional changes on Veracity.com, working with internal and external content contributors and key internal stakeholders to develop, optimize, and substantiate practice related content to effectively reach target audiences
    • Review and manage content/functional changes for our online tools and solutions (e.g., adding new content, new blogs, special sections, website changes, etc.)

    Position Qualifications

     It's great if you bring: 

    • Bachelor or Master level in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
    • 5+ years of experience from b2b/b2c/b2p marketing communications on tactical and operative level
    • Broad and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing programs and can develop a strategy thereafter implement tactical and operational plans based on your systematic findings
    • Background from a digital platform organization, international IT/software organizations, and/or maritime, oil/gas, energy industries is an advantage
    • CRM and marketing automation tools, (Salesforce and/or Oracle)
    • Project management experience and skills
    • Marketing ROI analytics
    • Customer Journey Mapping
    • Strong working knowledge of web-based content management, traffic reporting, and optimization tools, including Search Engine Marketing / Optimization
    • Excellent supervisory skills
    • Willingness and ability to travel
