  • Local Unit & Position Description

    We are seeking Junior HR Service Delivery Coordinator for the Global Centre HR, who will be responsible for GSS HR service performance reporting and participate in GSS technology and transformation projects.

    Junior HR Service Delivery Coordinator will report to the Head of GSS HR Service Delivery Management and be part of the GSS Global Centre HR Management Team based in Gdynia, Poland.

    This is time limited contract.

     

     Key tasks

    • Track and report on performance of GSS HR operations worldwide.
    • Identify, design, develop and maintain service performance reports based on HR systems and Power BI.
    • Continuously improve and optimize reporting structure to ensure efficiency of the service.
    • Collaborate with Global Centre HR professionals on process and service improvements.
    • Support tasks within initiatives run by Service Delivery Team, such as: automation of contracts, implementation of Enterprise Service Management solutions.

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: HR/IT/Finance/Management/Economics.
    • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
    • Advanced MS Excel skills.
    • Experience in SSC/BPO industry as an advantage.
    • Experience in reporting and analytics (e.g. Power BI, HR systems) as an advantage.
    • Experience in business process improvement and Project Management qualifications (PRINCE2, ITIL, Six Sigma) as an advantage.
