  • Local Unit & Position Description

    We are looking for a Customer Care & Planning F&B Iberia Officer in our office in Barcelona, Spain who will support our team in scheduling of audits/assessments, distributing the activities in sustainable way according to the established rules, targets and goals and ensuring that are performed in compliance with standards/protocols requirements, DNV GL policies and customers' needs expectations.

    The major areas of responsibility are:

    • Plan audits/assessments in compliance with standards/protocols requirements and DNV GL Business Assurance.
    • Prepare and send planning communication to clients.
    • Quote the New iter and Recertification projects according to the standards rules and DNV GL Business Assurance. Monitoring of missing answers on missing TR / QCT / SA incomplete etc.
    • Preparation of CP and management of CP in reverted, follow up on quotes.
    • Update the database and keep it updated with all subsequent changes to clients (Data Quality)
    • Support certificate issues process (reverted, closure of projects, withdrawal, iter declarations, TR request).
    • Analysis of data useful for the Forecast process.
    • Monitoring of chargeability.
    • Correction of Invoicing incidents
    • Keep update on new procedure/transition
    • Respect the deadlines of each activity.

    Position Qualifications

    • Knowledge or experience in food sector
    • University degree
    • Previous experience in planning and quoting
    • Demonstrated administrative background
    • Fluent in Spanish and English
    • Good knowledge of a third European Language (Italian or French preferred)
    • Experience with customer relationship in different channels (telephone, email, chat)
    • Ability to work both independently and in team
    • Willingness to learn and develop
