  • Local Unit & Position Description

    The position shall perform as a project analyst / project manager and support on internal process and procedures:

    • Sales processes: customers attending, biding, proposal, follow up, and contract review.
    • Operations processes: project delivery, customer face-to-face meetings, controlling, documentation, resource management, project planning, monitoring.
    • Communication with clients, employees and consultants/subcontractors (email, phone and face to face).
    • Internal systems (NGPS, scheduling) inputs and operation.

    Position Qualifications

    The ideal candidate should be attending university (at least 4th year) or completed it (up to 2 years of graduation), in any of DNV GL areas of interest: engineering, business or psychology and possess the following:

    • Office package (required);
    • English intermediated to advanced (required);
    • Spanish (nice to have);
    • Experience in sales, administrative support, project management or technical services;
    • Digitalization interest and knowledge.
