    GSS has consolidated the HR service delivery into Regional Centres where proximity to the Business Areas is required and has built a Global Centre HR in Poland that delivers services that are location independent or can be digitalized.

    The GSS HR Regional Centre West, South and East Europe (WSEE) is located in Arnhem, the Netherlands, with country offices in Italy and Greece. In this region we provide HR services to approximately 2.000 employees located across 20 countries.

    In the Regional Centre in Arnhem we service with a team of 14 dedicated professionals large countries as The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Spain. We provide services like HR advisory, recruitment, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), labour law advice and HSE.


    In our Regional Centre in Arnhem we are seeking a

    Junior C&B Specialist with excellent analytical and numeric skills


    The Junior Specialist is part of the Expert Group and assists the C&B experts on the various C&B topics and processes in our WSEE region. Furthermore, you will be the regional expert in our Global HR information systems and take care of the HR Analytics in the region.  As Junior Specialist you will report to the Head of Section Expert Group of the Regional Centre. The position is based in Arnhem, Netherlands, and local conditions apply.


    Key tasks:


    • Support the C&B Specialists with operational tasks and HR Information concerning Compensation & Benefits, International assignments activities (incl. 30% ruling), pension & insurances and payroll related topics across the Region
    • Help monitoring local legislation and assist in performing annual C&B reviews
    • Assist in annual salary adjustment process and profit share scheme
    • Become expert in the Global HR systems and HR Analytics
    • Specifically for the Netherlands: Key point of contact for managers / employees related to Absence management and for external parties like Arbo/ Health organization, UWV and tax-office
    • Contribute and participate in global and regional C&B projects

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree and/or some courses within a relevant area in HR
    • Good numerical and analytical skills  
    • Experience with MS Office, in particularly Excel
    • Experience with common C&B systems, tools and HR-analytics is an advantage
    • English skills required, written and verbal
