  • Local Unit & Position Description

    We are looking for a highly-motivated individual for the position as Service Excellence Communication Expert. As the role is based in the IT Core Applications team, you will work in partnership with different colleagues and expert teams around the globe. You will have the opportunity to deepen all your communications skills and work with IT, HR, Finance and Business specialists from different locations.


    Main responsibilities:

    • Support and improve internal processes of communication with customers and stakeholders
    • Challenge, develop and improve existing processes and share with the team members with special focus on processes facing customers
    • Identify strategies and tools to improve the quality of services
    • Look into new tools and determine how they can improve internal and external processes
    • Devise new, creative forms of communication and concepts to increase management-employee connections, maintain overall staff engagement, focus on specific culture related topics, etc.
    • Look for most efficient multi-channel communications for support
    • Draft, write and/or revise required communication and ensure review for accuracy by the different stakeholders
    • Help with organising IT events from concept through delivery including trainings, workshops, networking events etc.
    • Embed customer centricity in the services delivered
    • Put special focus on ERP application super user (key users) community to make sure that their cooperation with IT is highly efficient

    Position Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Particularly - excellent writing skills: articles, interviews, blogs, news, features
    • Solid experience in planning and organising, with the ability to focus on the task at hand and deliver on time
    • Fluent in written and spoken English – this is a must
