    DNV GL - Energy’s Sustainable Use group is seeking a Project Administrator to join our PDI team that is helping PNM’s commercial and industrial customers save energy and money. DNV GL has been retained by PNM to implement its energy efficiency programs. The utility’s commercial and industrial customers will be eligible for technical and financial support to make their facilities more energy efficient. This position is based out of our office in Albuquerque, NM.

    Tasks May Include

    • Receive program proposals, accurately determine eligibility of the project and assure that all required documentation is included
    • Review specification sheets for energy efficient equipment installations; verify that the project meets program specifications
    • Forward validated pre and post inspections to the Inspector to schedule with customers, to verify lighting and all other equipment is in compliance with the PNM Direct Install program guidelines
    • Manage the program’s email in box and all incoming calls
    • Request support from program engineers when needed and provide accurate responses to customers and Trade Allies
    • Interact with PNM Quick Saver customers, PNM Key Account managers and installation contractors to address questions or concerns about program application processes and energy efficiency equipment
    • Ensure that Trade Allies comply with all portions of program Policies and Procedures
    • Process Quick Saver pay requests accurately weekly
    • Interface with Trade Allies on a monthly basis; recruit, train and maintain as needed throughout the PNM service territory
    • Verify and maintain accurate records of all Quick Saver Trade Ally insurance and licensure
    • Communicate delinquent insurance and licensure to Trade Allies and add/remove from the program as needed
    • File and track project statuses and completions; file all project files
    • Advise of needed changes to the DI database; present them to Operations Manager and Business Analyst for publication into database
    • Give trainings and presentations about the Program at organizations throughout PNM’s service territory

    Position Qualifications

    Requirements

    • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a support or related role
    • Proficiency with database and analysis tools such as MS Word, Access and Excel. Experience working with MS Outlook is required
    • Experience working on successful energy efficiency programs, with specific expertise in energy efficiency technologies, products, and issues in both existing and new construction buildings is desired
    • Must have own vehicle or ability to rent a vehicle as travel within the PNM service territory is required. Mileage and expenses will be reimbursed.
    • Proven ability to manage installation contractors
    • Build trust, develop relationships, and demonstrate value as a valued energy advisor and advocate for stakeholders, and influencers in small business sectors
    • Aptitude to learn technical and general industry concepts, including but not limited to: HVAC, lighting, and building envelope, utilities and energy distribution.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key market stakeholders in the small business sector including building owners, property managers, portfolio managers and asset managers
    • Willingness and ability to travel, up to 10% of the time
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for customer communication required. Must be able to effectively communicate to both technical trade allies and non-technical audiences
