    We are looking for Project Portfolio Manager/ Project Management Officer for our GSS Finance based in Gdynia, Poland.


    To succeed in this role, you should be passionate learner, a team player with excellent communication skills and cultural awareness. You will play a key role maintaining project portfolio for GSS Finance. So, you have to be well organized, attentive to detail, and work well under pressure.


    When employed, you will be a member of GSS GC Finance Management Team maintaining comprehensive portfolio of projects running across GSS Finance, including benefit realization and ensuring compliance with defined governance.

    Some travel will be required in this role.

    In work you will:

    • Provide support to project managers using agreed project management methodologies;
    • Maintain documentation for project portfolio, including risks tracking and project deliverables;
    • Provide and maintain status reports and financial forecasts as part of project portfolio control;
    • Maintain and update project management reporting tools;
    • Recommend to Senior Management resource allocation per particular project;
    • Leverage collaborative relationships with project and resource managers, monitoring their portfolios and escalating as needed to ensure projects are delivered in scope, on time, within budget and as per the agreed benefits;
    • Develop reports and produces materials required to support project portfolio plans;
    • Serve as a communication liaison between Senior Management, Project Teams and other stakeholders to understand all necessary aspects of projects and ensure that objectives, purposes and progress are effectively communicated;
    • Organize regular portfolio meetings with relevant participants.

    Position Qualifications

    To maximize your chances, you need:

    • Academic degree, preferably in Finance;
    • Min. 3 years of professional experience as Project Manager;
    • Approx. 5 years of professional experience in PMO role;
    • Fluent written and spoken English;
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
    • Good knowledge of Project Management Portfolio (PPM) tools;
    • Ability to understand all key processes and dependences within GSS Finance;
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships;
    • Methodical planning and analytics skills;
    • Flexible and proactive work style;
    • Ability to learn fast the new areas of expertise.
