The Global Centre HR delivers high quality HR services to European countries. Services are rendered in close collaboration with the GSS HR Regional Centres within Europe, together developing the Global Shared Service HR function for DNV GL.
HR Operations is the first point of HR contact for DNV GL employees and managers across Europe. The team support colleagues via email and phone, but also drives HR processes from on- to offboarding. Team's tasks also include HR administration and system maintenance connected to employment, benefits & compensation management as well as internal trainings coordination.
We are seeking a Specialist HR Office
for our HR Operations Region CE team based in Gdynia, Poland.
As the Specialist HR Office, you will deliver day-to-day quality services within HR Office according to legal and company requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will provide expertise in a broad variety of HR Administration Services. You will actively support service implementation, development and continuous improvement of HR Office deliveries.
The contract is time limited untill end of February 2022.
In your role you will be responsible for:
Data management (validating and maintaining all relevant data according to the local legal regulations and DNV GL requirements)
Contract and document management according to local legal requirements and DNV GL requirements
Administration of Employee Separation
Administration of country specific data according to local rules and policies
Contribute and support HR project activities
To maximize your chances, you need:
Very good English and German skills required - written and verbal
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (not graduated with some experience may be considered)
Administration experience (preferably within Personnel File Management, Document Management and/or Employee Data Management)
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and preferably advanced IT skills in HR Data Management Systems
Proven ability to learn and understand new software/ HR IT systems
Some up to date knowledge of employment legislation in European countries would be an advantage
Previous work experience in Customer Service/BPO environment will be a strong asset.
Positive attitude, customer centric mind set and ability to plan and prioritize own workload and work on own initiative as well as manage conflicting deadlines
