Technical Support (Time-limited)

We are looking for an employee as parental leave replacement until the end of May 2023 for our location Essen-Altenessen in the position of Technical Supporter.

Within our team, you will be jointly responsible for providing support on all kinds of technical aspects related to general and local accreditation rules and the DNV GL accreditation process. The main focus is on the qualification process of our auditors as well as the recruitment of new freelance candidates with all related administrative activities, as well as support in complaint management.

• We expect commercial education.
• Ideally, you already have professional work experience in customer care and communication with customers.
• You are familiar with the classic office programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
• You are fluent in German (both in speaking and writing) and you have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
