DNV GL – Business Assurance Mexico is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our Assurance Services sales team. In our team you will have the opportunity to work with a large group of excellent professionals spread around the world.

This position is based out of our Mexico City, Mexico office.


Tasks May Include

  • Identify and develop business in Mexico for our Assurance Services portfolio by selling ISRS/ management system, risk management and safety culture.
  • This person will be responsible for:
    • Market intelligence/ companies targeting;
    • Market prospection: people/ position identification and contact;
    • Commercial meetings and presentations;
    • Biding, proposal, follow up, and contract reviewing;
    • Sales system interface/ updating;
    • Projects handover to local/ regional operations team.

Position Qualifications

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B-to-B sales;
  • 3 years’ experience in advisory/ consultancy sales;
  • Experience in Health & Safety sales advisory/ consultancy preferred;
  • Consistent networking in Mexico;
  • Proven track record of delivery on target sales quotas;
  • Experience of strategic sales;
  • Experience in selling to C suite;
  • Consultative sales skills: ability to discover explicit needs and to uncover implicit needs and business drivers;
  • Ability to sell on value to clear needs and pain points and opportunities;
  • Ability to constructively challenge customers educating them about novel value adding solutions;
  • Experience in Health & Safety sales preferred
  • Advanced verbal and written English communication skills
  • Expertise in verbal and written Spanish communication skills
  • Ability to communicate within different levels (C-level to operational),
  • Ability and willingness to perform hands on work, be flexible and team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness and ability to travel, up to 20% of the time;
  • CRM experience;
  • We conduct pre-hire background checks.
