Operating within this division, the Global Sales & Go To Market team works to engage customers with their transformation agenda, partnering with them on their journey to a more digitalized, greener, safer and circular economy.
Objective of the role:
The Sales Operations Manager will work to build sales excellence of the Supply Chain and Product Assurance with regards to its sales operations, processes, data and tools. A key objective will be for you to define, adjust and transform sales processes to maximize impact of our sales teams. Your focus will be on on enabling strong collaboration across all sales stakeholders, working closely within the division and other DNV business areas. Key to this role is your ability to put together data-driven sales insights by orchestrating a timely update of the global pipeline across all sales stages. You will also be expected to drive sales enablement and help administer sales tools and other knowledge bases. Finally, you will strive to align the organization across a set sales methodology allowing us to increasingly engage customers with a consultative approach.
