Local Unit & Position Description

DNV are in the process of implementing a global CRM solution based on Salesforce. The company is in the middle of an exciting digital transformation, as are the industries in which we operate. The Salesforce implementation is in the centre of our strategy for the next 5 years, and is key in supporting DNV’s business areas with tools and systems to maintain customer contact and services.

We are seeking a person to strengthen the global CRM team responsible for developing and maintaining the Salesforce system.

 

In your role as Salesforce Solution Architect you will:

  • Work in the intersection between business and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Product owner and business
  • Be a key player in a virtual, global DevOps team responsible for DNV’s Salesforce solution
  • Drive and support development of the Salesforce solution
  • Take part in all parts of the team’s deliveries, such as development, testing, operations, support, and documentation

Position Qualifications

Successful candidates will have interest in and experience from implementing Salesforce CRM solutions, with a particular interest in how the solution best can support business processes.

We are looking for person with knowledge and experience in the following areas:

  • Salesforce solution architecture 
  • Salesforce implementation, maintenance and development
  • System Integrations


To maximise your you chances, you will:

  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of Salesforce experience, with a fous on Sales and Service Cloud with exposure to Lightning. Experience from other Salesforce functional areas (such as B2B Commerce, Order management, CPQ+, Customer portals and communities) will also be beneficial
  • Have a university degrees at bachelor level in relevant dicipline
  • Hold Salesforce Developer, Administrator and/or Consultant certifications
  • Have professional proficiency in English – spoken and written (the working language is English)
  • Have good communication skills
  • Are service-oriented, customer focused and have a proactive attitude
  • Enjoy working in an international environment
  • Have a systematic and analytical approach to tasks
  • Be able to work individually, and at the same time maintain a high team spirit
  • Enjoy new challenges and personal drive to achieve our objectives
