Local Unit & Position Description

GSS (Global Shared Services) HR is seeking for an Intern for our unit in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro). The intern will provide support to the HR Department.

 

Key tasks

  • HR related Documentation checking
  • Document scanning
  • Document separation and archiving
  • Excel spreadsheet update
  • Support Documentation for contracts: prepare and organize documentation requirements related to contract in a monthly basis to business areas
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Support internal communication initiatives
  • Support on assignment of solicitations that comes to HR Department
  • Support in HR routines

Position Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related areas with graduation predicted to December/2022 or July/2023
  • Native in Portuguese
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish language skills are desirable
  • Digital Native – deep knowledge in Office Package, MS Forms, Power BI (desirable)
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
