We are seeking a

Personnel Administration and GDPR Process Owner
for our Global Shared Services (GSS) Global Center based in Gdynia, Poland.


As a Personnel Administration and GDPR Process Owner you will take the ownership for HR processes desing to ensure compliance across Organization. In addition to the Personnel Administration and GDPR Process Owner tasks you will also be engaged in various global projects where you will have an opportunity to share and implement your ideas.


In your role you will:

  • Standardize Document Management System, processes and related services within Personnel Administration/ Core HR and GDPR areas
  • Develop operating procedures on specific HR areas which involve global, regional, and local aspects
  • Enhance the current global design by developing and improving process and system design, including automation and self service
  • Manage the quarterly HRIS system releases, including coordination of resources, testing schedule and timeline
  • Monitor risks and recommend best practices to ensure data protection compliance
  • Act as the gatekeeper for any changes to Personal Administration processes and services
  • Cooperate closely with the IT team to translate global processes into specifications for HR System requirements
  • Convert local non-compliant processes to globally agreed processes or approve local variations where needed
  • Influence key stakeholders to eliminate HR process inconsistences, gain their support for process improvements and ensure that process design follows internal policies
  • Lead a global process expert network for development, implementation, support, and experience exchange
  • Stay updated on trends and market situation within the field of HR and GDPR, including technology

Position Qualifications

To maximize your chances, you need:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR related fields
  • Strong HR knowledge (minimum 5 years of experience in HR) and ability to bring a global perspective to the role
  • Good understanding of operational HR and good working knowledge of GDPR regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of the HR systems (BMC Service Management Tool, Oracle HCM, Oracle on premise solutions is an advantage)
  • Experience of documenting and monitoring internal processes and procedures
  • The ability to develop and implement new ideas or ways of working and adapt to change
  • Structured and analytical mind-set focused on solution-oriented thinking and taking a pragmatic approach to delivering results
  • Sharp judgement and ability to work independently
  • Strong customer service orientation, proactivity, and good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness as key stakeholders will span across the globe
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Experience in Lean Management/ Project Management is an advantage
