Local Unit & Position Description DNV GL’s Distributed Energy Resources team is seeking a Senior Consultant to be focused on emerging technologies and analytic methods as well as techno-economic analysis of distributed energy resources (DER). This position will include responsibility for project leadership and support, and business development. This position will be key in growing DNV GL’s practice around distributed energy resources, energy storage technologies, microgrids and the distribution system of the future – including both bulk system and distribution system analytics and modeling of DER services and value. Broad knowledge of the electric industry is required including recent trends and history, awareness of regulatory proceedings and policies at both the state and national level. The Senior consultant will ideally be based in our Chalfont, PA office. However, other office locations can be considered as well.
