    For our customers, adequate indicators for risk and performance are essential and therefore condition and remaining life assessment enables them to determine effective operation, maintenance and replacement strategies and procedures, while controlling risk, costs and quality. In this phase of the energy transition we are in, this is a crucial topic for our customers.


    As an Engineer Asset Condition Assessment, you will be part of the Asset Management team and together with your colleagues you will help our customers achieve sustainable, world-class asset management processes and performance.


    Your tasks and responsibilities

    You will be responsible for performing diagnostic services and field measurements on power cables and substation assets such as power transformers and switchgear. You will be working in projects for our customers as team member and project task-leader.


    You will also:

    • Analyze and interpret measurement- and diagnostic results obtained from field work for remaining life time determination and related recommendations
    • Start-up projects and monitor progress
    • Support your team with power failure investigations
    • Support senior consultants with business development
    • Be responsible for field measurement equipment
    • Be a part of innovation and development for new or current diagnostic systems

    As an engineer, you will gain extensive, hands-on experience in diagnostic services for a broad range of assets, e.g. visual inspections and (online) partial discharge measurements and infrared measurements.

    Position Qualifications

    We are looking for a team player, someone who is enthusiastic to learn and gain experience and who pro-actively contributes to the success of our team and collaborates to create results.



    • You have minimum Bachelor of Science in Electrical (Power) Engineering
    • You are motivated and eager to learn more about high voltage and medium voltage, asset condition and/or diagnostics
    • You have good Dutch and English language skills
    • You like to travel and are willing to spend an amount of time abroad
    • You are physically capable to execute field work
    • You are pro-active, flexible and handle working under pressure
