Want to join us and help balance the Energy Trilemma? We are looking for Junior Consultants with a background in Electrical Engineering, IT, Sustainable Energy Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering & Management or something similar.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
As a Junior Consultant you will be working in projects for our customers as team member and project task-leader. You will also help identify market opportunities, develop our existing services and establish new services.
In doing so, you will:
Based on your experience, we will create a plan together with you for your development for the next few years. We will do this through our 70-20-10 philosophy: 70% learning on the job, 20% coaching and 10% training.
