  • Local Unit & Position Description

    The Section Offshore Substations delivers services related to the certification and verification of Offshore Substations for Wind Farms in the scope of Project Certification. Activities cover all steps in the certification process from review of early designs to design verification, fabrication surveillance, commissioning and periodic inspection of installations in operation.


    ​We are looking for a working student to support the project managers in offshore substation certification projects. One of the main task is to administrate the digital document management process of our various certification projects.


    Areas of responsibility:

    • Processing of project documents
    • Keeping databases up to date
    • Performing quality checks
    • Preparation of review document
    • Communicate with customers via the document management tools

    Position Qualifications

    • Enrolled student in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
    • preferably bachelor diploma
    • Proficient user in MS Office, especially Excel, VBA skills are of advantage
    • Flexibility and independent working
    • Excellent German and English skills, both written and oral
