Local Unit & Position Description

The Global Centre HR will deliver high quality HR services to European countries. Services are rendered in close collaboration with the GSS HR Regional Centers within Europe, together developing the Global Shared Service HR function for DNV GL.


We are seeking for Graduates or Students for a 4-month project within our HR Office Team.


You will actively support service implementation, development and continuous improvement of HR Office deliveries. You will have a chance to assist in preparing and delivering HR documents to employees or authorities, such as: Certificates, Confirmation Letters and Statement of income. You will further archive the employee personnel file according to legal requirements and company needs, and register and maintain employee master data in the HR IT system while assuring its quality and consistency.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree, student that is finishing last year of studies or fresh graduate in Administration, Human Resource Management or related
  • Some administration experience, preferably within Personnel or HR would be an asset
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel
  • Willingness to learn and understand new software/ HR IT systems
  • Fluent in English or German, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Attention to details and strong organizational skills
  • Team player and with strong interpersonal skills
  • Produces, implements and shares new ideas and initiatives.
