Local Unit & Position Description

We offer an opportunity to work with and support the Finance & Controlling unit during a very busy and exciting period.


The team works on a number of projects and presentations and often working towards tight deadlines. The position offers a unique opportunity to apply your strong skills within administrative work and coordination. The work will involve assistance to line managers and colleagues in the department with a variety of administrative tasks.




Main responsibilities:


  • Administrative assistance to the Group Sustainability team;
  • Administrative support, including some time and expense report handling;
  • Organising internal and external meetings;
  • Drafting letters and correspondence;
  • Facilitate communication with the Business areas;
  • General office support functions;
  • Part time job: 4h per day/ 20h per week.

  • Highly structured and systematic, but yet flexible and able to priorities tasks effectively;
