Local Unit & Position Description

‚ÄčThe Advisory Services of the BA Energy are split into five regions, with CEMED (Central Europe & Mediterranean) having local offices in France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Turkey. The regional office is looking for a QHSE Manager.

 

  • Supports Regional management during the development of annual operating and tactical plans, planning of management system reviews and the development of Quality, HSE and Information Security related KPIs and goals;
  • Actively promotes the use of the DNV GL Management System in the Region by being first point of contact for information requests related to the management system;
  • Provides QHSE (Information System / IS) knowledge and skill training to operational managers and staff on an as needed basis;
  • Participates in the execution of QHSE (IS) promotion campaigns in the Region;
  • Develops, executes and maintains the Regional audit programme that supports a suitable level of QHSE (IS) governance for the Region;
  • Ensures adequate handling of findings from external and internal QHSE (IS) audits, investigates reported incidents and hazards, coordinate responses and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions to determine if they are effectuated in the Region;
    Supports the maintenance of location specific accreditations;
  • Involved in regional QHSE (IS) improvement projects;
  • Monitor, report and follow-up on the Regional/Business Unit QHSE (IS) KPIs;

Position Qualifications

  • All-round QHSE manager that has relevant experience in all areas of QHSE;
  • Relevant exposure to international tasks and various cultures;
  • Ability to work both with management and employees, without having formal "power";
  • Ability to promote the relevance and importance of QHSE topics and the need to comply with relevant procedures ;
  • Experience with the relevant standards is a must, including the new ISO 27001, Safety Culture Ladder and ISO 17025; 
  • Ability to work in a team as well as being self-driven;
  • English fluent both oral and in written;
  • Willing to travel internationally;
